WHO WE ARE

Simple Heart Health provides guidance to adults and teenagers who are ready to be happy and healthy. We offer several different in-person and virtual coaching and fitness programs including one-on-one, private yoga sessions, group classes, summer, after-school and evening community dinners.

WHAT WE DO

At Simple Heart Health we believe health is dependent on happiness. Our health and wellness services are focused on providing our clients with the insight and tools to fill their lives with community, purpose and perspective. When we have these elements and something to look forward to, self-care, including nutrition, becomes manageable.

OUR VISION

Think about the impact happy and healthy people could have on our businesses and our communities. People would find work they love and spend quality time with their loved ones. There would be increased usage of gym memberships and other health resources resulting in a reduction of disease and health care spending. Stress would be a red flag rather than the accepted norm. Fear is replaced with belief that it is safe to be happy and healthy and new found compassion for self and others. This is not only possible, it’s how we are supposed to live. It’s time.
